At LaCarvi.com we place great value on the quality of our accessories.

If there is a defect while wearing them, please contact us through our contact form or any other channel,

please attach a picture of the defect. 

 

 

Cotton bracelets:
If the cotton thread of your Lucky Charm Accessory discolors* or is otherwise affected,

you can send us your bracelet for free repair. We offer this service for 1 year from the date of your purchase. You handle the shipping and return costs.

 

 

*Discolorations - Cotton is a natural raw material that can change color with wetness, sweat, makeup,

water, etc. The free repair also applies in cases of such discolorations. 

We want to enable our customers to wear the Lucky Charm Bracelets on any occasion. 

This service only applies to the cotton bracelets.

 

 

Lucky Charms | Real Jewelry Charms:

Unfortunately, we can't give any guarantee on these. If an unexpected defect should occur on a charm,

please contact us and we will see what we can do.

The real jewelry charms are made of 925 silver, sterling silver, 925 silver 18k gold plated,

925 silver 18k plated.

 

The gemstones are also real stones and therefore vary in color.

Certain natural stones are also colored, whereby we work primarily with uncolored stones. 

If an unexpected defect should occur on a pendant, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

 

 

Velvet Chokers:
Our Velvet Chokers Bands are made in Switzerland from high-quality double-sided polyamide velvet. The Velvet is washable at 40 degrees (easy-care program).

If the ends of the chokers should wear out a little bit over time, you can simply cut off a

small piece with a pair of fabric scissors.

The chokers are deliberately kept simple so that they can be worn differently. 

If an unexpected defect should occur on a pendant or velvet choker,

please contact us and we will see what we can do.

 

 

Returns | Exchange:

If you would like to exchange your Lucky Charm Accessory, you can do so

in exchange for another Accessory or a voucher. 

You can send your Purchase back and we will get in touch with you.

You will be handling the return shipment for the exchange. In case of a complaint,

we will take care of the shipment.
